Our Story
We became frustrated with 'traditional organisational' change.
The world of IT development was becoming agile. We were creating, testing, adapting and releasing on a weekly basis.
We became aware that too many large IT projects were failing because of formal 'Change Management'.
So, we decided to do something about it.
Meet the Team
John Baillie
Founder & Chief Hacker
John has run large IT infrastructure and development teams, HR, finance, and communications and marketing teams.
He has recently led the migration of several hundred servers from a local cloud provider to AWS - along with the resulting culture change.
He is a graduate of Stanford Business School.
He is also a Psychologist.

Our Approach
We believe that people's behaviour change when the alternative is better, more beautiful and fun.
Changing culture occurs in increments - and burning bridges are the last thing people want to be on.
If you create enough fun and beautiful alternatives people will want to come along. Create enough of them at the right time and the dots will join up in peoples' heads. This is why we called ourselves Dalmatian consulting.
